Our Policies
**Please note that by reserving an appointment at AO-The Space, you are agreeing to our policies. In order to ensure that every member of our staff receives a fair wage, we have a very strict 24 hour cancellation policy. We require a credit card on file to reserve any appointment with us, even if you will be using a different form of payment at checkout. A no-show or a cancellation within 24 hours notice is subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Those who fail to show for their scheduled appointment without notice will be required to prepay all future appointments. Anyone running 10 minutes late or more will automatically be considered a no-show to ensure all other clients get their full reserved times.
When booking a group the same policies apply - you are responsible for no-shows or cancellations within that group and subject to fees/charges.
The no-show fee for a consultation is $25.
All of our services are non-refundable. If for some reason you are unhappy with your service, please contact us immediately for a solution. We will do everything in our power to make things right. Understand that time and resources have been used for your service which are things that cannot be returned, unlike a product that can be put back on the shelf to resell. Otherwise, all service sales are final.

Shipping: Once your order is received, please allow for 3-5 business days for processing and handling.
**Disclaimer** We use chemicals in several of our services, especially hair services. We provide designated areas (close and within full view for protection) for you to place your personal belongings to avoid any mishaps. However, there still may be times where color or chemicals will transfer on to personal belongings if not properly stored. We are not liable for a client’s damaged or misplaced belongings.
