We require a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice for all reservations. Any no-show, cancellation, or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is subject to a 100% service fee.
To better serve you, certain services, such as hair services, permanent makeup, and MedSpa services, cannot be scheduled online and must be called in to schedule. This is to ensure we know specifically what your needs are so we can give you the correct appointment and appropriate time for your service. We apologize for any inconvenience.
